Thank you for choosing FitsNewLife. These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your access to and use of the website FitsNewLife.com and any products or services offered by FitsNewLife.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing FitsNewLife or purchasing any service, digital guide, video program, or merchandise, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our offerings.
2. Services
FitsNewLife provides personalized fitness coaching sessions, group training workshops, and wellness consultations designed for busy individuals.
- Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled via our website calendar.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before its start time at no additional cost.
- Cancellations: Session cancellations require at least 48 hours notice to be eligible for a refund credit as outlined in Section 5.1.
3. Information Products
Information products include downloadable workout guides, meal planning templates, and on-demand video programs.
- Access: Digital products are delivered through secure links after purchase.
- Usage: You are granted a personal, nontransferable license to use the content for your personal fitness and wellness goals.
- Restrictions: Sharing, modifying, or redistributing digital content is prohibited.
4. Merchandise
Physical goods consist of branded apparel, fitness accessories, and wellness equipment.
- Inspection: All merchandise is inspected before shipment.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please see Section 5.3 for the process to request a refund or replacement.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Coaching Sessions
If you cancel a coaching session at least 48 hours before its scheduled start, you may submit a refund request. Approved refund requests will be processed within five business days. Sessions canceled with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for a refund credit due to reserved trainer availability.
5.2 Online Courses and Digital Guides
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have accessed less than 10% of the digital content. To request a refund, contact our team. Approved requests will be processed within seven business days to your original payment method.
5.3 Merchandise
Defective or damaged merchandise may be reported within 30 days of delivery. After inspection, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or process a refund. Approved refunds for merchandise will be issued within seven business days to your original payment method.
6. Payment Methods
FitsNewLife accepts major credit and debit cards, as listed at checkout. All payments are processed securely.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
To cancel or reschedule a service, please use our online scheduling tool or reach out to us before the applicable deadline as specified in Section 2 and Section 5.1.
8. Changes to These Terms
FitsNewLife may update these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective upon posting on the website. Continued use of our offerings after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
